This is an experimental CD case/book I created for the band Burning Boxes and the Mother Explosives. This "case" contains not only the CD but a storyboard told by way of a map. This ties in thematically with the story of the songs. Each panel is labeled by number and song title. The idea is that you’d be playing the CD while reading along. The song reveals more about the story that you wouldn’t realize from the song.

Materials used: decorative paper, string, one button, mod podge, hot glue, matches (used to burn paper), permanent markers, maps from an atlas, paper from a moleskin, CD case, and an American flag
